Shooting Roger Federer at the US Open this year and spied Oscar de la Renta and Anna Wintour sitting behind Mirka in Federer’s player box.

Body and Soul Magazine (a nationally syndicated liftout in Sunday Telegraph, Sunday Herald Sun, The Sunday Mail (QLD + SA), The Sunday Territorian and The Sunday Times) picked up a ultra super quick shot I did of Sam Stosur for the front cover of their magazine. Initially timed to coincide with Sam’s win at the US Open, it was bumped a week in favour of Miranda Kerr (can’t really blame them) and appeared on the Sep 25 2011 issue. Front cover shots +1.

Escaped from Melbourne last week to video the Young and Emerging Designers Party concept shoot for Vogue.com.au. You can check it out on the Vogue TV page. Screencaps below:

“The Young and Emerging Designers Party (YEDP) is proudly supported by nationwide fashion bible Vogue.com.au and is produced by acclaimed creative agency felix & slink. The aim is to grant emerging designers and young models a platform to showcase their talent to industry and national media in Queensland.

With an intrinsic focus on fashion innovation, the YEDP is forward thinking and progressive. The designers in the 2011 showcase are using custom digital prints and horse hair fashioned into amazing jewellery.

This year’s YEDP campaign has got its Brazilian on! The concept is a day at the Copacabana Palace Hotel in Rio, starting off by the sun drenched pool and culminating in a glamorous cocktail party at dusk.”
